Account Management Intern – Sales / Business

Responsibilities

  • Preparing client decks and reporting documents
  • Supporting Account Managers on commercial proposals and renewals
  • Following up on unresponsive deals and tracking the renewal pipeline
  • Updating CRM data (HubSpot) and ensuring excellent data hygiene
  • Creating email templates, slides, dashboards, and quotes
  • Assisting with competitive research and internal process improvements
  • Contributing to team meetings and ad-hoc operational tasks

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and sales skills
  • High attention to detail and rigor in execution
  • Clear communication and ability to structure information effectively
  • Initiative and reliable follow-through on responsibilities
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoy collaborating and supporting cross-team workstreams
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Interest in climate, SaaS, or operations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets & PowerPoint/Slides)
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a strong plus)
  • Basic knowledge of reporting and data organization methods
