Responsibilities
- Preparing client decks and reporting documents
- Supporting Account Managers on commercial proposals and renewals
- Following up on unresponsive deals and tracking the renewal pipeline
- Updating CRM data (HubSpot) and ensuring excellent data hygiene
- Creating email templates, slides, dashboards, and quotes
- Assisting with competitive research and internal process improvements
- Contributing to team meetings and ad-hoc operational tasks
Requirements
- Strong analytical, organizational, and sales skills
- High attention to detail and rigor in execution
- Clear communication and ability to structure information effectively
- Initiative and reliable follow-through on responsibilities
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy collaborating and supporting cross-team workstreams
- Fluent in French and English
- Interest in climate, SaaS, or operations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets & PowerPoint/Slides)
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a strong plus)
- Basic knowledge of reporting and data organization methods
