As we're building our founding team , we're looking for someone who wants to be part of an exceptional journey with a strong team cohesion. We work primarily from the office to move fast together, while keeping occasional remote days possible when needed.

We're hiring an Account Executive – UK market to open and accelerate the adoption of AI search across the United Kingdom . You'll build the foundations of our GTM engine in this market and turn AI search optimization into a must-have discipline for Marketing and Growth teams.

You'll work directly with major brands and agencies across the UK - running the full sales cycle in English. The UK is a deep, mature market for us to tap into: you'll be launching GetMint there and building the go-to-market from the ground up, backed by a large, well-established addressable market.

Your Role

Launch and develop the UK market for GetMint - a deep, well-established market where you define and shape the go-to-market approach from day one

• Hunt and close new business - conducting discovery, demos and negotiations in English

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to closing

• Maintain a rigorous, accurate pipeline and forecasting discipline

• Work directly with founders on GTM strategy and product feedback

• Expand strategic accounts over time

What we’re looking for

3-5 years in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role

• Consistent overachievement on a €500K-1M+ annual quota

• Comfortable launching a new market for a company - you thrive building the go-to-market from scratch in a market with real depth and established demand

• Fluent, native-level English (written & spoken) - you'll be pitching, demoing and negotiating daily. French is a plus.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills

• High ownership (disco, demo, legal follow-up, etc.) and strong deal/CRM discipline

Bonus points

• Experience selling SEO, analytics, or marketing tech

• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow
