About the role
We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for a full‑stack Sales person focused on the Transport industry. You will engage prospects and turn them into happy customers, working with companies in road freight, warehousing, last‑mile delivery, and express services.
The segment represents approximately 1.2M employees in France across 220,000+ companies. You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle for the Transport sector, with an average 6‑month cycle.
- Manage relationships with companies ranging from 30 to 300 employees, average ARR 150K€.
- Educate prospects, provide product demos, and onboard key stakeholders.
- Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method.
- Contribute to product, method, and strategy improvements.
Required qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience managing the full sales cycle, prospecting included.
- Full working proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced English.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills.
- Empathy and passion for solving prospects' problems.
- Strong influence skills: persuasion, negotiation, consensus‑building.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue models.
- Collaborative attitude within a small team.
- Ability to learn fast and make impact from day one.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz.
