Account Executive - Spanish market
You will drive Spiko’s growth in Spain by owning the full sales cycle – from hunting new accounts to managing key client relationships – while helping build a sales team from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunting & Closing : identify, pursue, and sign new key accounts in the Spanish market.
- Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure growth and satisfaction.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership : Manage the entire sales process independently, from prospecting to closing.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Spanish market.
- Reporting & Insights : Track performance metrics, provide regular updates to the Head of Sales, and collaborate closely with the founders.
- Market Feedback : Gather insights from prospects and clients to inform product and go‑to‑market decisions.
Requirements
- Experience : at least 3 years in Sales, ideally at a tier 1 startup.
- Network : you’ve already worked with CFOs of startups, scale‑ups or SMBs.
- Mindset : extremely ambitious, eager to help build a best‑in‑class sales machine for the Spanish market.
- Autonomy : capable of running a full sales cycle independently from prospecting to account management.
- Resilience : we recruit people who get things done, rather than people who make excuses.
- Tech‑savvy : experienced with CRMs and familiar with sales tools like Aircall, Kaspr, Lusha, etc.
- Excellent communication : native speaker in Spanish, fluent in English. French is a plus.
