A role designed to grow — all the way to the Spain

This position is built to evolve. You’ll start by driving our growth from France, and as we scale you’ll have the opportunity to take a leading role in launching and developing our go‑to‑market in Spain. It’s a unique chance to grow alongside the company and help shape our international expansion from the ground up.

Responsibilities

1. Prospect and generate new opportunities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage strategic accounts.
  • Run multichannel prospecting (cold calling, LinkedIn, emailing) to build your pipeline.
  • Work closely with SDRs to maximize the quality of inbound leads.

2. Close and manage your sales cycles

  • Own the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing, including product demos and negotiations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of your prospects’ business challenges to deliver tailored, high‑value solutions.
  • Track and optimize your KPIs: conversion rate, cycle length, average deal size.

3. Help build a high‑performing sales machine

  • Share your field insights with the marketing and product teams to refine our offering and sales pitch.
  • Actively contribute to structuring sales processes and driving continuous improvement.
  • Grow with the company and take on increasing responsibilities as we scale.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years in B2B sales, ideally in sales training or in a complex‑solutions environment.
  • Sales skills: Expertise in prospecting, managing sales cycles, negotiation, and client retention.
  • Strategic vision: Ability to structure a high‑performing commercial approach and coordinate across teams (marketing, product, sales).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Proactive and resourceful, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Language: Fluent Spanish required, both written and spoken.
