Account Executive – SMB | Spanish Market
Job Overview
We are looking for driven, high-performing sales professionals with proven experience in the Spanish market to join our Paris-based Sales team. This role is exclusively focused on the Spanish SMB and Mid‑Market segment, targeting companies with 100 to 10,000 employees. As part of our Client Acquisition business unit, you will work alongside a close-knit team under the leadership of a Sales Team Leader, with a clear and singular mission: winning new business in Spain. You will own the full sales cycle end‑to‑end — from prospecting and qualification through discovery, negotiation, and closing — building new partnerships and directly contributing to our growth in one of our most strategic markets.
Responsibilities
- 100% closing B2B sales role targeting small and mid‑sized businesses in the Spanish market
- Full ownership of the sales process using MEDDIC and SPICED methodologies among others
- Management of a pipeline of approximately 300 SMB prospects, built progressively with the goal of converting leads into customers
- Achieving and exceeding quarterly quotas with an over‑performance mindset
- Staying up to date with product evolutions, competitors and market trends
- Collaborate closely with Solution Consultants, Sales Peers, Customer Success, and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (or equivalent)
- 1–5 years of sales experience, ideally in a B2B tech or SaaS environment
- At least 1 year of full‑cycle sales experience or a strong track record as a successful SDR/BDR in a tech company
- Demonstrated ability to sell and develop business in the Spanish market, with a solid understanding of Southern European commercial dynamics
- Native Spanish is non‑negotiable, professional proficiency in English or French required
- Strong interest in sales and business development across the Spanish and Southern European market
- Fluency in Italian and knowledge of the Italian market are strong pluses
- Strong passion for sales, business development, and revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Sharp analytical skills — able to assess opportunities, interpret data, and make informed decisions that move deals forward
- Genuine interest in SaaS, technology, and digital marketing, with curiosity to stay sharp on industry trends
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Team‑oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
