Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent)
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in a B2B tech or SaaS environment
  • At least 1 year of full-cycle sales experience, or a strong track record as a successful SDR/BDR in a tech company
  • Strong interest in sales and business development across the Spanish and Southern European market
  • Fluency in Italian and knowledge of the Italian market are strong pluses
  • Strong passion for sales, business development, and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Genuine interest in SaaS, technology, and digital marketing
  • Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Native Spanish and professional English or French is required
  • Italian is a strong plus

What the job involves

  • We are currently looking for talented sales profiles with experience in the Spanish market to join our Paris-based Sales team, focused exclusively on the Spanish SMB segment (100–1,000 employees)
  • Within the Client Acquisition business unit, you will join a team led by a Sales Team Leader and will be responsible for closing new SMB customers in Spain while being based in our Paris office
  • You will own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, negotiation and closing new business partnerships
  • A 100% closing B2B sales role targeting small and mid-sized businesses in the Spanish market
  • Full ownership of the sales process using MEDDIC and SPICED methodologies among others
  • Management of a pipeline of approximately 300 SMB prospects, built progressively with the goal of converting leads into customers
  • Achieving and exceeding quarterly quotas with an over-performance mindset
  • Staying up to date with product evolutions, competitors and market trends
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Consultants, Sales Peers, Customer Success, and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
