As an **Account Executive SMB for the DACH market**, you will support all merchants who express their wish to install Alma’s solutions and discover their own challenges. This is for you the opportunity play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and contribute directly to Alma’s sales success.
## About the mission- As an Account Executive SMB** working for the **DACH market**, your main responsibilities include: Managing the entire sales cycle (for both Outbound & Inbound) of new SMB accounts (turnovers between €1M-€20M) from prospecting, leads qualification to negotiation and contract signature. Engaging with C-Level Executives, acting as a trusted advisor to navigate their challenges and demonstrate the value of Alma’s solutions. Representing Alma at trade shows and conferences in the DACH Region and Europe. Contributing to the optimisation of internal processes to support Alma's scalability. Maximizing Alma’s take rate by ensuring activated merchants are fully optimized.
- Your Experience :** You have 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar roles, with a proven track record in B2B mid-market software
