Account Executive – Small Businesses

Your mission is to join the Small Businesses team targeting companies with 10–30 employees across tech, consulting, and business services. You will operate in a high‑velocity environment, driving strong conversion rates and making an immediate impact on hundreds of growing French companies.

Responsibilities

  • Full sales cycle : From prospection to closing.
  • Strategic relationships : Drive deals and manage key customer relationships.
  • Education & demos : Deliver inspiring product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience managing the entire sales cycle, with a focus on prospecting.
  • Full working proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced English.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills.
  • Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects’ problems.
  • Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus‑building.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Collaborative attitude in a small team.
  • Eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz.

We aim to hire candidates at the B1–C0 level.
