Account Executive (Small Businesses)

Your mission

Join our Small Businesses team targeting companies with 10-30 employees across tech, consulting, and business services – the market segment where Alan has the strongest product‑market fit and brand recognition. You will work in a high‑velocity environment with strong conversion rates, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact on hundreds of growing French companies.

What you’ll own

  • Full sales cycle : From prospection to closing
  • Strategic relationships : Drive deals and manage key customer relationships
  • Education & demos : Deliver inspiring product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process

Is it you we’re looking for?

  • Have at least 3 years of experience managing the whole sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Prospecting is a key part of the role.
  • Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and an advanced level in English.
  • Are highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills.
  • Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects’ problems.
  • Can influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Have a great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team.
  • Are eager to learn fast and make an impact from day one.
  • Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.
