Agents can work faster and more productively across phone, email, web chat, and social media, leading to frictionless service and higher customer satisfaction.
Role Overview
Salesforce seeks a talented Sales professional with energy and initiative to drive awareness for the fastest growing application, Service Cloud. The Account Executive focuses exclusively on the Salesforce Service & Support and Call Center Application, formulating and executing a Service Cloud sales strategy, driving revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base, and developing new customers in the commercial space.
Impact
Work closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to understand their unique challenges and goals. Consult with customers on the Salesforce Service Cloud to evangelise solutions that help them reach business objectives and blaze new trails within their organisations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software solutions (SaaS) with a strong track record of success.
- Interest in selling Customer Service, Customer Experience, Customer Engagement or Contact Center applications.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Creative with strong problem‑solving skills and ability to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.
- Fluent in both French and English.
