We are looking for an Account Executive (m/f/d) to serve the French market.

What a day will look like

• Achieve revenue targets on your territory by contacting prospective clients, managing the sales cycle and closing deals.
• Work closely with the Presales team to assess prospects and develop technical/commercial proposals.
• Proactively manage and nurture existing customers.
• Collaborate with marketing to support outbound campaigns and lead‑generation initiatives.

What you need

• Outgoing, outcome‑driven, high energy, eager to deliver results, hunter mentality.
• Persuasive, with strong selling, networking and negotiation skills.
• “Can‑do” attitude, autonomous, willing to step out of comfort zone.
• Customer‑focused, proactive follow‑up, motivation, positive, flexible, problem‑solving, ready to travel.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Construction background not mandatory but a plus.

Salary package

50/50 split basis; variable capped at 300%. Further discussion available.

Recruitment process

After an initial discussion with HR, you meet your future manager, then discuss a case study with the team, and finally meet the Head of Sales. Fast process from 2–3 weeks.
