The role
As an Account Executive / Regional Sales Manager, you will own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts in your territory — from prospecting to close. You’ll be a key driver of Hackuity’s revenue growth in France and/or Europe, targeting CISOs, security leads, and IT decision-makers in mid-market and large enterprise organizations. What you’ll do
- Own your territory : identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities among enterprise accounts (large enterprises mostly)
- Lead the full sales cycle : from prospecting to the first contact to contract signature, including demos, POC coordination, business case construction, and negotiation
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting in Salesforce
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders (CISO, CTO, IT Directors) with a consultative, value-driven approach
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver the best possible experience to prospects
- Leverage the partner ecosystem by co-selling with channel partners (MSSPs, integrators) and working closely with Hackuity’s channel manager
- Feed market intelligence back to the product and marketing teams based on field insights

Location & Work Mode
- Paris (La Défense) (3 days / week) & Remote
- Some travel across France and Europe required (partner visits, events)
- Direct report to the group CRO
What you’ll bring
- 10–20 years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales, ideally in cybersecurity
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota in a new business (hunter) role
- Experience with selling to similar ICP, Personas, and ACV, i.e. Large Enterprise, complex deals, Operational Security practitioners, 50-200 Ke ACV
- Strong consultative selling skills — you’re able to map security challenges to product value and an ROI business case
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you’re comfortable with ambiguity and eager to shape the sales playbook
Nice to Have
- Experience selling cybersecurity solutions (vulnerability management, SIEM, EDR, or adjacent)
- Familiarity with MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger sales methodologies
- Existing network among CISOs and IT security decision-makers in France or Europe
- Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus
