Account Executive – Public Ministries (France)

Responsibilities
- Own Territory Growth: Lead the full enterprise sales cycle within the French Public Sector, focusing proactively on net‑new logo acquisition and strategic expansion within the largest central ministries (Finance, Interior, Foreign Affairs, and Justice).
- Deliver Solutions‑Focused Value: Apply value‑based, consultative selling disciplines to uncover complex institutional challenges, tailoring advanced data architectures centered on measurable business outcomes, ROI, and TCO.
- Build Executive Alliances: Develop and sustain multi‑level, trusted relationships across central government entities to secure continuous executive access and long‑term customer engagement.
- Collaborate for Maximum Impact: Assemble and lead internal cross‑functional pursuit teams—including systems engineers, marketing, and support—while simultaneously driving co‑sell momentum with external channel partners and GSIs.
- Maintain Sales Excellence: Ensure predictable execution, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting accuracy by effectively managing internal CRM tools and maintaining clear territory plans.
Qualifications
- Public Sector Sales Depth: Demonstrated enterprise field sales experience selling complex technology solutions directly into central government entities and major French ministries.
- Hunter Mindset: Proven track record of proactively identifying "white space," leading discussions with unique business insights, and driving net‑new logo acquisition.
- Strategic Account Mastery: Skilled in long‑term account mapping, complex pipeline management, and creating robust data‑driven business cases aligned to critical mission outcomes.
- Industry & Infrastructure Fluency: Strong familiarity with modern data center architecture, storage industry trends, cloud computing models, and platform economics.
- Communication & Motivation: Outstanding relationship‑building skills, high emotional intelligence, and a strong intrinsic motivation to achieve growth within a high‑performance team.
- Language: Business fluency in both French and English is required.
- Location: In‑office position; you will be expected to work from our Paris office in compliance with company policy.
