Account Executive - PR/IR Solutions (New Business Development)
Position: Account Executive – Paris. Management Level G. Hybrid – 3 days in the office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays). Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for PR/IR solutions? We’re looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our Paris Team. As an Account Executive, you will take responsibility for penetrating new logo accounts across France and owning this process all the way to sales completion, after which the account will be assigned to an account manager, freeing you up for more hunting. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, challenging but rewarding environment.
Essential Duties
- Develop sales opportunities through extensive cold‑calling activities, working to turn prospective customers into leads
- Execute the sales cycle to penetrate the most promising new logo accounts, generating net new Notified accounts
- Maintain excellent knowledge regarding Public Relations & Investor Relations products, engaging in additional on‑the‑job and ongoing training
- Pitch press releases and feature ideas by phone or e‑mail to top‑tier media with a wide range of targets, including business/financial and industry trade press, to secure placement for clients
- Understand and begin to demonstrate how to build a compelling story narrative for clients
- Develop and meet with new prospective clients to educate and demonstrate the value of PR/IR products and services
- Proactively manage pipeline; input, monitor, and update opportunities in a timely fashion
- Engage Sales Engineering resources, as needed, to close the deal
- Achieve assigned bookings quota
- Assist in contract development as needed
- Assist sales and marketing staff with sales campaigns as needed
Qualifications
- Sales expertise: minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B/SaaS sales with a focus on driving new business
- PR/IR knowledge: familiarity with PR/IR solutions or a willingness to learn about this space
- Language skills: fluency in both French and English is essential
- Communication skills: strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for building lasting relationships
- Goal‑oriented mindset: track record in achieving sales targets and delivering results in a fast‑paced, competitive environment
- Presentation skills: comfortable presenting complex ideas to both small teams and large audiences
