Account Executive - Paris
Role Overview
As an Account Executive, your main task will be to provide support to new and existing accommodation partners and help them grow their business on Booking.com. You’ll be the main point of contact for a set of properties in your market, using data and your commercial mindset to advise partners on how to improve their performance, stand out to guests, and achieve sustainable results on our platform.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Own a portfolio of accommodation partners in your assigned market, ensuring regular, high‑quality contact and coverage.
- Monitor performance and translate insights into clear, actionable plans for each partner.
- Advise partners on commercial opportunities and best practices, including availability, pricing strategies, content quality, and the adoption of key Booking.com products and programs.
- Prioritise your time and actions to maximise bookings growth and achieve market and office targets.
- Act as the first point of contact for partners, handling questions and requests via phone, email and online messaging.
- Lead structured performance calls and virtual meetings to review results, agree next steps, and strengthen long‑term relationships.
- Proactively surface recurring issues, partner pain points or process gaps and share feedback with the relevant internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the organisation of partner workshops, webinars and other initiatives (inviting partners, preparing follow‑ups, sharing learnings).
Role Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent face‑to‑face and telephone communication skills.
- Proficient English and French speaker and writer.
- Affinity/experience within e‑travel and/or hotel/travel industry is a plus.
- Pro‑active, sense of responsibility and can work independently.
- Great teammate, motivated and enjoys working in e‑travel and hospitality.
