About the Role and the Team
We are a team of 80 Sales Representatives who love sales. We provide extensive training and professional development opportunities for significant career growth. This is not just a sales role—it is a consultative position where you will act as a trusted advisor to vendors and help businesses in the wedding sector grow their marketing and sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Acquisition of new clients: Acquire new clients already on the platform in a free format and offer up‑selling to premium. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship‑building.
- Management and expansion of the assigned client portfolio
- Training and consulting for clients: Provide guidance and support so clients can leverage products/services to meet their business needs.
- Manage outbound sales activities: Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities to identify and engage new clients, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of the full sales cycle.
- Manage inbound leads: Reach out to clients interested in learning more about our premium services and guide them through the benefits and opportunities available.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and B2B client management (new business development, client retention, and account management)
- Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills
- Excellent listening and communication abilities
- Highly results‑oriented, determined, and team‑driven
- A strong passion for sales and a proactive approach to feedback and continuous improvement
- Ability to work in multicultural, structured, and dynamic environments
- Native‑level French and fluent English proficiency
Work Model
This role is ‑eligible and based near one of our office hubs. You’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
