Account Executive - MidMarket/Enterprise

One of the first 💃🏾 As our first Account Executive Large Accounts in the French market, you’ll have a key role in designing the future of Figures. Starting almost from scratch, you’ll work closely with Chloé , our Head of Sales, and you’ll have the opportunity to co-build the large accounts strategy with her. A key role in structuring our Enterprise go-to-market in France and accelerating ARR growth.

High autonomy: you’ll own an account-by-account strategy and co-build enterprise processes with the Head of Sales.

Visible impact: you’ll run long, high-value cycles, influence the product through customer feedback, and drive strategic growth.

Early-stage with scale ambition: significant upside (compensation + equity) and cross-functional responsibilities (sales, legal, product, CSM).

🕹 Your role

Own acquisition, qualification, and closing of Enterprise and Mid-Market opportunities in France, working closely with the Head of Sales, Sales Ops, Product Manager, Legal, and Customer Success team.

Key responsibilities\n\n

Build and maintain detailed account maps for Mid-Market & Enterprise targets (>1k employees): org charts, stakeholders, business priorities, compensation/HR initiatives, and buying timelines.

Prospect and qualify strategic accounts through targeted outbound, partnerships, events, and inbound acceleration.

Lead RFP/RFQ processes: write responses and coordinate internal inputs, while meeting timelines and ensur
