Requirements
- Have 4 years of experience in mid-market sales / B2B SaaS sales
- Are passionate about (and have some knowledge of) climate, ESG, and the energy transition
- Excel at consultative selling, negotiation, and building partnerships with key stakeholders
- Thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
- Are highly organized with solid project management skills
- Are fluent in French and English (written & spoken)
- Bring strong listening, storytelling, and persuasion skills—you inspire confidence and enthusiasm

What the job involves
- At Greenly, convincing as many people as possible that everyone can become an actor in the energy transition is at the heart of our mission, and particularly mid market enterprises (250 to 5 000 employees), whose impact and leadership is important
- As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for leading opportunities and managing complex sales cycles to allow Greenly to exponentiate its impact
- Reporting to our Account Executive manager, you will work closely with our SDR team but also with the teams responsible for growth. A part of self-lead generation (30% of the pipeline) is expected for this role
- Understand client challenges around carbon footprint, ESG, and compliance
- Pitch Greenly’s solutions to accounts across multiple industries
- Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and sustainability leaders
- Negotiate and close strategic deals
- Track progress, report on KPIs, continuously refine your pipeline and lead generation strategy
