Account Executive, Mid-market, UK - Sales
About The Job
We’re a product‑first team on a mission to help grow the cybersecurity culture. We want to instill cybersecurity good practices to employees in a way that’s actually effective and entertaining enough so that they don’t feel like they’re working, like Duolingo but for cybersecurity. We created a platform that easily rolls out cybersecurity awareness programs: the platform sends chat‑based 4‑minute courses to teams. Following the courses, the platform simulates phishing attacks in a safe environment. The Mid‑market team is a key pillar of Riot organization. We target companies from 10 to 2000 FTEs with an ACV of €12k per year and an average sales cycle of 95 days. As one of our first Account Executives for the UK, you will launch our go‑to‑market strategy in the UK market and drive full‑cycle sales from outbound prospecting to closing.
What You Will Do
- Generate leads by prospecting through cold calls, email and LinkedIn.
- Engage qualified prospects and build strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Close deals by demoing the platform, providing technical assistance, navigating proof of concept and negotiating contracts.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth post‑sale execution.
Who You Are
- You have at least 2–3 years of experience in B2B companies with a background in a BDR (outbound role with cold calls) and a full‑cycle AE position.
- You are looking for a full‑stack position and are used to prospecting.
- You have experience selling to CISOs, CIOs or other C‑level executives.
- You are motivated by the mission even if you are not an expert in cybersecurity.
- You are native in English.
- You are based in Paris or are willing to relocate.

Benefits
This role offers a total package with around 50% base salary and 50% uncapped commissions. A competitive stock package is also provided.
Location and Remote Work
This is an on‑site position in Paris with up to 2 days per month of remote work.
