Account Executive, Mid-market, Spain - Sales

About The Job

The Mid‑market team is today a key pillar of the Riot organization. We serve companies with 10 to 200 FTEs, with an average annual contract value of €12,000 and a sales cycle of about 95 days. This role is the first Account Executive for Spain, driving full‑cycle sales from outbound prospecting to closing and refining the local strategy. You’ll operate from our HQ in France while building a strong local presence in Spain.

What You Will Do

• Generate leads: responsible for pipeline through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Engage qualified prospects: build and maintain relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Close deals: demo the platform, provide technical assistance, navigate proof‑of‑concept, and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth post‑sale execution.

Who You Are

• At least 2–3 years of B2B experience in outbound and full‑cycle sales.
• Seeking a full‑stack position and experienced in prospecting.
• Previous sales to C‑level personas such as CISO, CIO, or similar.
• Not required to be a cybersecurity expert, but motivated by the mission.
• Native in English.
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate.

Compensation

Base salary 50 %, commissions 50 % (uncapped) plus a competitive stock package.
