Account Executive (Mid & Up Market) – Doctrine Legal Tech

Doctrine is building the leading legal‑tech AI platform in Europe. We are looking for Account Executives to drive the full sales cycle for mid‑market and up‑market corporate customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closing, including qualification, demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and contract signing.
• Prospect outbound on the assigned target market and maintain a high velocity while optimizing conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Business Development Representatives (BDR), Customer Success Managers (CSM), and internal teams to create sales opportunities and accelerate growth on the segment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of complex sales experience with executive (C‑Level) decision‑makers, preferably in SaaS.
• Proficient in MEDDIC and other structured sales methodologies to forecast accurately each month.
• Strong interest in generative AI technologies.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• High resilience, proactive attitude toward targets, and a drive for results.
• Excellent communication, listening, and prioritization skills.
