Account Executive (Learn & Care) – France

Join the Alan Sales team as a full‑stack Account Executive focused on the Learn & Care sector. Candidates will engage with prospects from HR executives to CEOs in daycare centers, educational institutions, hospitals, home help services, and social work organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for B2B accounts ranging from 30 to 300 employees.
  • Manage an average 6‑month sales cycle with an average ARR of 150 k€.
  • Conduct product demos, provide inspiring presentations, and onboard key stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
  • Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to create a pleasant prospect experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product, methods, and strategy for customer growth.
  • Support post‑close relationships to ensure optimal onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing the full sales cycle, with prospecting as a key component.
  • Proficiency in French (C2 or above) and advanced level in English.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills.
  • Empathy and passion for solving prospects’ problems.
  • Strong influence skills through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus‑building.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Collaborative attitude within a small team.
  • Ability to learn fast and make an impact from day one.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz.

Location & Compensation

We aim to recruit candidates at the B1–C1 level with base salary plus generous equity packages for permanent contracts.
