OVRSEA is a next‑generation multimodal freight forwarder committed to simplifying and optimizing international freight management through technology. OVRSEA provides industry expertise and end‑to‑end visibility across sea, air, road, and rail, from loading to customs.

Since 2017, OVRSEA has grown from 0 to 900 clients in 8 years, focusing on SMEs and mid‑size companies. In January 2026 we merged with FATTON and LYSEO, creating a robust independent French group with offices in 55 countries and a strong local network.

We are continuing our growth in 2026 and hiring people internationally.

About The Job

As an Account Executive, you will report to the Head of Sales and contribute to the growth of our clients’ portfolios. You will co‑lead strategical prospecting, conduct product demos, negotiate, close deals, and onboard new clients.

Your missions

  • Prospect and identify future accounts with strong potential.
  • Conduct engaging product demos tailored to prospects’ needs.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals within set targets.
  • Onboard new clients in collaboration with Operations.
  • Identify champions within the portfolio and maximize impact.
  • Nurture accounts to reach volume targets over a 6‑month period.
  • Report progress and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Sales challenges for 2026

  • Continue growth, increase turnover and hire more talent.
  • Support the shift to top‑tier markets and enhance penetration of high‑level segments.
  • Acquire MidCaps, Enterprise clients, and key account customers across new verticals such as food and pharma.
  • Build and manage an international client base with strong retention and upsell focus.

Are you the one?

  • Approximately 3 years of experience with a strong record in client acquisition and B2B sales. Diverse backgrounds such as former entrepreneurs or consulting are welcome.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation and closing skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self‑driven, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Interview Process

  • First discussion with a Sales team member or Sales Director.
  • Interview with Head of Sales and a Senior Account Executive covering business, sales assessment, and motivation.
  • Second interview with the Sales Director and a team member – product demo and soft‑skills analysis.
  • Speed recruiting session to meet the team and confirm fit.
  • Final job offer.
