Job location: Paris, Munich or Ljubljana (hybrid).
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining an effective business, sales, and marketing plan for the assigned territory.
- Managing and growing your portfolio of existing accounts, with upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Prospecting and developing a new portfolio of clients with support from the inside sales and marketing department.
- Addressing targeted prospects by demonstrating the benefits, strategic use, and ROI of the solutions.
- Monitoring the competitive landscape at customers and within the market.
- Managing a complex sales process with sales cycles that can last up to 8 months.
- Leveraging presales and customer success resources.
- Retaining customers through interpersonal skills, establishing yourself as a true partner within large customer organizations.
- Attending events (conferences, exhibitions) and representing the company at trade shows.
- Providing regular reporting focused on results and actions, and proposing an ambitious business development plan to the manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience and account management, ideally selling legal services or SaaS platforms.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Track record of selling and closing transactions over €100K service.
- Ability to interact with corporate and law firm clients, understand their IP needs, create tailored solutions, and grow revenue.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a mostly remote, regionally distributed environment with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C‑level contacts.
- Commitment to responsiveness and professionalism in managing client expectations and internal collaboration.
- Training in “solution” or “customer‑centric” selling.
- Comfortable reporting, forecasting, and planning activity using a CRM.
