Overview

  • Manage and grow your portfolio of brands
  • Monitor trends in your product category and conduct competitive intelligence
  • Source high-potential brands based on the Key Success Factors for your category
  • From the information gathered, create Company records in HubSpot
  • Define a strategy and outreach plan for these companies
  • Contact brands and close deals
  • Identify brands to approach
  • Define an outreach strategy and plan (email, phone, social media)
  • Record interaction history in HubSpot
  • Build and negotiate offers
  • Negotiate the best commercial terms with these brands (stock, presence of best-sellers, discounts) while managing margin
  • Contribute to thinking through and implementing merchandising strategy
  • Monitor setup & sales performance
  • Verify the preview of your sales (cover photo, shipping fees, price, etc.)
  • During the sale, track stock outages & alert the brand
  • Analyze the performance of your sales
  • Analyze hunting sales performance and determine its potential for farming
  • Handover accounts to Account Managers
  • Present sales reports to Top Brands
  • Prepare a monthly report on your performance and derive learnings
  • Update key success factors for your categories, shared with Account Managers

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have a first sales experience in prospecting as a BDR, SDR, or Business Developer.
  • You have a true hunter mindset, enjoy challenges, and love persuading your interlocutors!
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills; you are energetic and ambitious
  • You are sensitive to the lifestyle world and have an appreciation for well-designed products
  • You are rigorous, autonomous, and highly organized
  • You speak English
