Account Executive - Grands Comptes

Position at WeMaintain in Paris, reporting to Eve , Head of Sales France. Role: open new accounts, create opportunities and close deals.

Responsabilités

• Open new strategic accounts with targeted, structured prospecting.
• Identify decision makers, understand their needs and build an effective approach strategy.
• Drive the entire sales cycle: contact, qualification, meetings, proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Develop existing accounts through upsell and deeper account penetration.
• Respond to tenders and craft offers with internal teams.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline management via CRM.
• Collaborate with Ops, Customer Success and Tech to ensure high‑quality client experience.
• Build a network and market knowledge to detect new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Passionate about challenge and performance while preserving quality client relationships.
• Solid B2B commercial experience, ideally with complex sales.
• Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders until closing.
• Hunter mentality, skilled at creating opportunities from scratch.
• Structured, tenacious and result‑oriented.
• Able to adapt communication style to varied stakeholders and build trust quickly.
• Autonomous, proactive and comfortable in a demanding environment.
• Interest in technical subjects to sell high‑value solutions.

Bonus

• Experience in real estate or technical services.
• Previous sales to major accounts or experience responding to tenders.
• Comfortable with Salesforce, Slack and Notion.
• Fluent in English.
