YOUR ROLE

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue in France, managing opportunities from discovery to closing, and positioning Kolsquare as a strategic partner for influencer marketing programs.

You will also be responsible for nurturing high-potential accounts over time, building long-term relationships, educating stakeholders, and creating future enterprise opportunities, while working closely with the BDR team to define account targeting strategies, coordinate outreach, and convert pipeline into qualified opportunities.

  1. Win new business in the french market

  • Own and close SMB and Enterprise opportunities through a consultative sales approach

  • Build and execute a territory and account development strategy

  • Run discovery meetings to understand client influencer marketing maturity and objectives

  • Deliver product demonstrations and tailored value propositions

  • Maintain and nurture high-potential accounts not yet in active buying cycles

  • Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities

  • Manage RFP/RFI processes and enterprise procurement cycles

  • Represent Kolsquare at industry events, conferences, and client gatherings to strengthen relationships, increase brand visibility, and generate new business opportunities.

  • Mastery of best in class AI driven sales tooling

  • Creative, energetic and data driven approach to prospection. Both your own efforts as well as in partnership with an BDR. We provide a 1:1 AE - BDR relationship

  • Ability to translate daily activity into pipeline attainment, delivering leadership a precise, data led pipeline view on a weekly basis

  • Collaborate closely with BDRs and Marketing, to deliver a consistent and high-value customer experience.

  • Share market insights, client feedback, and sales best practices to continuously improve team performance and messaging.

  • Contribute to a supportive and performance-driven team culture

  • Contribute to side projects and cross-functional initiatives that support sales efficiency, market development, and continuous improvement of Kolsquare’s go-to-market strategy.
