Account Executive (Founding Sales)

They are hiring their Founding team - Account Executive to accelerate the adoption of AI search worldwide, build the foundations of their GTM engine, and turn AI search optimization into a must-have discipline for Marketing and Growth teams.
You'll work directly with major brands and agencies across France, Europe and the US - running the full sales cycle in English and French depending on the prospect. Fluent, confident English is essential: a significant part of your pipeline will be anglophone buyers.
What you'll do
- Hunt and close new business across France, Europe and the US - conducting discovery, demos and negotiations in English with anglophone prospects and French
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to closing
- Maintain a rigorous, accurate pipeline and forecasting discipline
- Work directly with founders on GTM strategy and product feedback
- Expand strategic accounts over time
What they are looking for
- 3-5 years in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role
- Consistent overachievement on a €500K-1M+ annual quota
- Fluent/native-level English (written & spoken) - you'll be pitching, demoing and negotiating with US and UK buyers daily. French fluency also required.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- High ownership (disco, demo, legal follow-up, etc.) and strong deal/CRM discipline
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English and French
- Experience selling SEO, analytics, or marketing tech
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow
