Position: Account Executive – Food & Beverage
We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for a full‑stack Sales person to engage with prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. You will focus on companies in the Food & Beverage industry, interacting with HR executives to CEOs across the supply chain, including producers, distributors, and intermediaries.

Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with an average 6‑month cycle.
- Identify, educate, and onboard prospects with product demos and a high‑touch strategy.
- Drive deals and close strategic opportunities.
- Support onboarding for selected customer relationships.
- Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method, focusing on customer experience.
- Contribute to product, method, and strategy improvements.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of full‑cycle sales experience.
- Full working proficiency in French (C2 or above) and advanced English.
- Highly organized and exceptional follow‑up skills.
- Empathy and passion for solving prospects’ problems.
- Influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue models.
- Collaborative, positive attitude in a small team.
- Fast learner willing to make an impact from day one.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.

Hiring within the C0–D level range.
