Account Executive (F/M) – Germany

Location

Either our Paris office (Gare Montparnasse) or fully remote from Germany, with frequent travel within Germany and regular trips to France.

Contract

Permanent, full-time.

Compensation

€55-80K OTE (on-target earnings at 100% of objectives: fixed base + uncapped variable), depending on experience.

Pysae develops SaaS software for public transport operators. Our solutions run on more than 300 transport networks across 4 continents. We are growing fast in a market that is going through a major digital transformation. To support that growth and strengthen our 40-person team, we are looking for an Account Executive to build and grow our business in Germany.

What you'll do

• Own the German market: map operators, municipal transport companies, transport associations (Verkehrsverbünde), competitors and public procurement, and define the go-to-market approach with leadership.
• Build your pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry events and trade shows, and direct meetings with decision-makers.
• Own the full sales cycle, from qualification and needs discovery through product demos, pricing, tender responses and negotiation to signature.
• Develop strategic partnerships with local integrators, resellers and industry players.
• Hit and exceed your revenue targets, and keep the CRM and forecasts accurate.
• Work hand in hand with the Deployment team to ensure smooth handovers and successful customer launches.

What we're looking for

• (3-5)+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally SaaS, software or technical solutions.
• Track record of closing complex deals with long sales cycles.
• Experience selling to the public sector or responding to public tenders is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of the public transport sector (ITCS, VDV standards) is a plus.
• Native or fluent German and professional English, working knowledge of French.
• Strong commercial instinct, comfortable with technical topics.
• Autonomous and results-driven, with the drive to build a market from the ground up.
