Account Executive (f/m/d) - Remote in France

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial French-speaking sales professional to accelerate growth in the French market and expand our presence.
What You Will Do
Join our distributed sales team across Germany and the United States, united by a passion for innovative technology and a shared mission to help our customers become industry leaders. You will be at the forefront of selling Synera’s AI Agent Platform to the companies that build our physical world.
As an Account Executive, you will operate in a greenfield market, offering a unique opportunity to act as a pioneer and shape our presence in the French region. Your primary focus will be on generating new business, developing strategic relationships, and supporting forward-thinking organizations as they adopt our solutions. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-oriented sales professional who excels at expanding opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and increasing market penetration to deliver sustained impact.
- Monday: Team Kick-Off to review goals and priorities, outbound activities, and outreach to potential leads.
- Tuesday: Qualify leads by pitching Synera and conducting demos to showcase its value.
- Wednesday: Conduct use-case screenings and deep dives with potential customers to qualify opportunities, and sync with our CRO, Ubaldo.
- Thursday: Drive the closing process to finalize deals and secure new business partnerships.
- Friday: Refine strategies, seek feedback, and plan for continuous improvement in your role.
In 6 months:
- You achieve your first win(s) by successfully closing an opportunity.
In 12 months:
- You continue growing our customer base.

What You Need To Succeed

- Proven B2B SaaS sales expertise: track record in selling technically complex software in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Established industry network: active network of relevant contacts within the target market to generate and accelerate opportunities.
- Engineering domain expertise: engineering background or hands-on experience with engineering software (e.g., CAD, CAE, PLM) to engage with technical stakeholders.
- Executive-level engagement: skilled at building relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders, with an existing portfolio of relevant accounts.
- Ability to represent the company at conferences and industry events with professionalism and impact.
- Curiosity and willingness to discuss AI’s role in engineering, without needing to be a technical expert.
- Native French and fluent English for effective communication with customers and internal teams.
