For our sport eyewear brand evil eye we are looking for a passionate personality to drive business growth and brand development in France.

Full-time I Northern France

What to expect:

• Develop and expand the evil eye brand within a selective network of sport‑oriented opticians and distribution partners across France.
• Focus on new business development (approx. 80%) while growing existing customer relationships (20%).
• Drive sell‑in activities, negotiate commercial agreements, and support sell‑out initiatives through events, in‑store activations, and training.
• Build strong customer partnerships and deliver excellent service and business support.
• Plan and manage sales activities, customer visits, and KPI reporting.
• Ensure consistent and premium brand presentation at the point of sale.
• Support marketing activities, sporting events, trade fairs, ambassador programs, and PR initiatives in cooperation with the Marketing Manager.

What you bring:

• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a comparable qualification.
• Optical industry experience or qualification as an optician is an advantage.
• Passion for sports; experience in the sports industry is a plus.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, and self‑motivated mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
• Fluent French and English.
