Salaire: 110-130k€ OTE
Our client, a global software company specializing in data protection and management, is strengthening its European sales team and hiring an Account Executive.
This is a builder role: you will own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing, while contributing to structuring the sales motion in Europe. You are not just executing, you help define how the company sells in the region.
Scope
- Build and own your pipeline through multi-channel outbound
- Manage the full sales cycle across complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Close new business with enterprise clients
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Partners, and Sales Engineers
- Maintain disciplined forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Contribute to shaping sales playbook, messaging, and standards
Requirements
- Experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally in software / IT environments
- Track record selling into large accounts with complex buying cycles
- Strong ownership of pipeline generation and deal execution
- Comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders
- Autonomous, hands-on, builder mindset
- Fluent in English and French
