Job Description

You will join the Sales France team as an Account Executive Enterprise to grow our business with large enterprise accounts , running long, complex, high-value sales cycles through to signature , alongside the Customer Success teams.

You engage C-level decision-makers (HR, Internal Communications and Marketing leadership) around internal communication , employee advocacy and social selling . Day to day, you work hand in hand with the Presales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Legal and Partnerships teams.

You start with a pipeline that is already active , and your targets ramp up in stages as you grow into the role.

Your role involves:

  • Owning the full sales cycle , through to signature: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation and closing.
  • Generating new opportunities. You make the most of inbound, RFPs and the existing pipeline, and you create your own deals through your network and outbound prospecting .
  • Mapping the need : understanding business challenges, buying process , success criteria and expected ROI.
  • Tailoring your demos and your messaging to what matters to each stakeholder, from C-level to operational teams.
  • Running several opportunities in parallel across long, complex cycles: you prioritise, you frame each stage and you keep the follow-up cadence going.
  • Handing over to Customer Success once the deal is signed, for a smooth transition on the client side

Qualifications

  • You have 2 to 5 years of sales experience , ideally in B2B SaaS , with hands-on practice of long, complex sales cycles with large accounts.
  • You have a C2 level in French and you are comfortable in English (B2 minimum, C1 ideal) to work with our internal teams and international stakeholders on the client side.
  • You see prospecting as a strategic game : you test, you measure, you adjust, you stay consistent.
  • You know how to move a deal forward . You always secure a concrete next step and you keep your hand on how your cycles progress.
  • You practise active listening , you know how to dig into the need (with MEDDIC for example ), and you adapt your messaging and recommendations to each prospect.
  • You are comfortable with a range of stakeholders , from C-level to more operational profiles, and you adjust your posture to each one.
  • You are organised and proactive : tracking several deals at once, prioritising and anticipating next steps is your everyday.
  • You are resilient, persistent , and you like moving forward as a team.

Office & hybrid work. This role is based in Paris, in the Marais. Our hybrid organization includes 3 days on site, from Tuesday to Thursday, and 2 days remote.
