Account Executive - english bilingual (F/H)
To support our growth and strengthen our sales team, Skillup is looking for an account executive with 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, in HR Tech.
Our clients are medium sized companies: Accor, BPI, AON, Renault Sport, Intersport who wish to digitalize their talent management strategy.
Your mission
Present the solution to new prospects, your preferred contact is the HR manager.
Design commercial offers that are specifically tailored to meet the prospect's needs.
Lead negotiations with prospects.
Close sales opportunities.
Monitor your customer portfolio.
You are supported by the Marketing and Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to obtain new leads. You also know how to generate your own opportunities.

What we are looking for
You have 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record.
You know how to communicate with and convince decision-makers.
You already have experience managing long and complex sales cycles with Mid-Market / ETI companies.
English bilingual (mandatory) - you are comfortable leading product demonstrations, negotiations and executive-level discussions in English.
Pragmatic and resourceful, you are a doer who gets things done, quickly and efficiently.
Creative, curious and autonomous, you are ambitious and eager to contribute to the growth of a fast-growing company.
