Account Executive - DACH region

The DACH region plays a strategic role in our European expansion. We already serve more than 35 clients across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, including renowned law firms such as Lalive, Noerr and Wolf Theiss. It was our organic growth, now reinforced by key partnerships in the region. The Team
The Sales Team at Jus Mundi comprises over 20 people from different countries and cultures, united by a common goal of powering global justice and transforming the legal industry with cutting‑edge AI solutions. We work with top‑tier law firms, corporates, governments and universities in over 90 countries, from Chile to Japan and from Norway to South Africa. Team Europe is currently composed of 6 people working with the Head Europe, LATAM & Africa, located in Paris. To handle and expand our client portfolio in the DACH Region, we are looking for someone in Paris.
Your mission at Jus Mundi
- Owning and growing a portfolio of prospects and clients across several European countries, for instance Germany, Austria and Switzerland, building trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers.
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement and prospection to closing, helping some of the world’s leading corporations and law firms succeed in the age of AI.
- Managing renewals, upsells and cross‑sells, and handling them all through the sales process, until the closing.
- Demonstrating the value of our new AI tools, remotely or face‑to‑face, and to large audiences.
- Developing strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders, understanding their challenges and providing tailored solutions to address their specific needs.
- Contributing to the improvement of our sales processes by sharing best practices and developing reusable playbooks, assets and approaches.
- Anticipating market and competitive developments across the DACH region, translating insights into account plans, territory priorities and business opportunities.
- Taking end‑to‑end ownership of commercial outcomes, proactively identifying risks and adjusting plans as customer and market conditions evolve.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- You have 5+ years of consistent experience in B2B sales, Go‑to‑Market strategies, or a similar role within a top‑tier consultancy, leading law firm, or globally recognized organization.
- A law degree is a bonus, but not mandatory.
- We’re looking for a great salesperson, not a lawyer.
- You are comfortable with CRMs, Excel, and other sales tools.
- Your English is perfect, and you’re native in German.
- You have an excellent track record in sales and know how to build strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
- You are a passionate sales professional, with excellent communication skills and selling soft skills: good listener, perseverance, enthusiasm, hard worker, organized.
- You are autonomous, proactive, rigorous, and interested in artificial intelligence and technology.
- You want to join an agile, international start‑up tackling the world of international law & arbitration.
- You are comfortable speaking with senior executives and in public.
- You are comfortable traveling and visiting prospects.
