About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth across France and Europe for a fast-scaling global SaaS company transforming the way enterprises manage tax, compliance, and financial automation.
This is a strategic, high-impact role for a hunter-style salesperson who thrives on building relationships with senior finance leaders, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, and closing large-scale deals. You’ll be instrumental in expanding our footprint in France and positioning the company as a trusted partner for CFOs and finance teams.
Most days, you’ll be on the field, engaging clients face-to-face, developing opportunities, and driving strategic enterprise sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s financial automation and compliance solutions, effectively communicating value to CFOs and senior finance leaders.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects, driving new logo acquisition across mid-to-large French organizations.
- Lead complex sales cycles — from initial outreach and stakeholder engagement to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Leverage your network and market intelligence to identify opportunities and position the company’s offerings as best-in-class.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customized proposals and high-impact client presentations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting within CRM tools, ensuring transparency across the sales process.
About You
- Native French speaker with business-level English proficiency.
- 3+ years’ experience in enterprise B2B sales within SaaS, Fintech, or Compliance technology.
- Proven success acquiring new enterprise logos and consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong relationships within the French enterprise ecosystem, ideally with CFO-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working independently and in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Willingness to travel frequently across France and Europe for client meetings.
