We are looking to expand our team to support our rapid growth. We are a remote‑friendly company headquartered in Paris and an office in Marseille, with a global and diverse team of about 20 tech, product, growth and sales experts. We pride ourselves on being a small, committed team of highly autonomous individuals. We value excellence, hard work, and autonomy. The role is recruiting in Paris and/or Marseille, so the person must be located in one of these cities.

Role and Responsibilities

At Ditto, Sales Drive Deals. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage key customer relationships and help close strategic opportunities with prospects.
  • Be directly responsible for educating prospects, providing inspiring product demonstrations, and managing sales cycles ranging from simple to complex.
  • Makes the experience pleasant, instructive, and delightful by leveraging relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and defining the high‑touch strategy that best suits each prospect (Soft).
  • Challenge the team to improve our product, methods, and strategy, and get involved in other projects and initiatives that help grow our customer base.

Qualifications

  • Have experience in SaaS, 2+ years as an Account Executive.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. The role focuses on the French market but a strong and fluent English level is a plus as we expand internationally in 2026.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills.
  • Ready to get involved: the team is small and everyone chips in, including cold calling.
  • Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects’ problems.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus‑building (experience with MEDDIC, SPICED, or Gap Selling methodology is a plus).
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team.
  • Builder mindset.
  • Desire to learn fast and make an impact from day one.
