What you'll do
You will play an important part in servicing and developing existing client relationships supporting retention and growth, and placement of New Business leads
Role Responsibilities
- Servicing existing portfolio by providing daily prompt, accurate and effective account management to our clients:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients (autonomous or in cooperation with junior brokers), building strong relationships and providing ongoing strategic support.
- Policy Servicing: Manage policy implementation, renewals, amendments, compliance, and day-to-day servicing requirements,
- Coverage monitoring: Maintain a proactive follow up of the risks’ portfolio and coordinating the relationship between clients and insurers,
- Claims Support: Guide clients through the claims process, submission and follow up.
- Account Retention & Growth: Drive client retention and identify opportunities to expand coverage and introduce complementary solutions.
- Senior broking: Provides technical support and trainings to clients and junior members of the team
- Broking and Placement of the new business leads generated by the team’s business developers
- Understand the prospects’ business and risk management needs and structure the most suitable solutions
- Develops strong Relationship with Insurers to secure optimal coverage, terms, credit limits, and pricing for clients.
- Promote Miller brand and values to enhance Miller’s visibility and reputation in the market.
Other
- Ensure compliant processing of contracts as per FCA and contract certainty requirements
- Maintain accurate and concise placing files, using corporate document management system
- Overall responsibility for compliance procedures for total individual client base
- Adhere to and meet fully the expectations of Miller, as set out in its policies and procedures, training material, and embedded in its systems and controls. Our policies and procedures are written to encapsulate the compliance, legal and financial crime related legislation and regulations which apply to Miller.
- Comply with any external rules and requirements imposed on individuals performing their role at Miller, such as Lloyd’s byelaws and FCA rules.
