Account Executive
Overview
Ditto's mission is to become the trusted leader in the ESG compliance space. We are a SaaS platform that allows companies to create and maintain their sustainability management system and help them meet increasing demands related to sustainability. We are onboarding several customers every week and aim to impact 50,000 companies in their ESG compliance journey by 2030.
Role
Account Executive – remote friendly. You will drive deals, build relationships, educate prospects with product demos, manage sales cycles, and contribute to product and strategy improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage key customer relationships and close strategic opportunities.
- Educate prospects, provide inspiring product demonstrations, and manage sales cycles from simple to complex.
- Ensure a pleasant, instructive, and delightful experience using relevant messaging and a high‑touch strategy.
- Challenge the team to improve products, methods, and strategy, and get involved in projects that grow the customer base.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of SaaS experience as an Account Executive.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; French market focus with strong English proficiency.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills.
- Ready to contribute to the small team – open to cold calling.
- Empathy and passion for solving prospects’ problems.
- Influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building; experience with MEDDIC, SPICED, or Gap Selling is a plus.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work in a small team.
- Builder mindset.
- Desire to learn fast and make an impact from day one.
