Account Executive

As a Account Executive at Welcome to the Jungle , you will drive our future growth by building relationships with prospects and turning them into extremely satisfied users. You will be in charge of developing the Welcome to the Jungle products ecosystem with companies, especially company showcases including content production, unlimited job offer publication, and access to our SaaS product Welcome Solution .

Responsibilities

• Develop the Welcome to the Jungle product ecosystem with SMB companies (15‑1,000 employees) in France
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of inbound and outbound leads to identify, engage, convince, and develop relationships with potential buyers
• Drive new business mainly by prospecting and developing creative prospecting strategies
• Own every step of the sales opportunity life cycle: identifying new opportunities, determining the client’s needs, demonstrating Welcome to the Jungle’s benefits, and guiding the client through the purchasing steps to close the sale
• Conduct live product demonstrations over video call and face‑to‑face with inbound and outbound prospects, including HR & media agencies
• Consistently close new business at or above quota level
• Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS B2B environment
• Goal‑oriented with a hunter mindset – proactive and determined in pursuing targets
• Adept at finding new leads and closing deals
• Resilient and masterful of the sales cycle in a fast‑moving company
• Optimistic, organized, and enjoys working with a team
• Fluent in French and English

Compensation

The compensation package is structured with 70% fixed salary and 30% variable, based on seniority and performance.
