Account Director, Public Affairs & PR Opportunity
Our client is an international communications agency dedicated to technology and innovation. For twenty five years, they have built campaigns that drive growth, shape reputations and create momentum across every channel, from paid and earned to owned.
They do not just talk about AI, they build with it. Proprietary AI tools now sit at the heart of how the agency works, freeing teams from friction and delivering faster results suited to today's challenges.
Their international network lets them take on ambitious, large scale mandates, while their locally sized offices let them move fast and stay entrepreneurial. They believe great agencies are built on great people: people with real expertise, a clear point of view and the ambition to grow. Their French office currently counts 22 people.
The Role: Account Director, Public Affairs & PR
We are looking for a generalist Account Director to manage a portfolio of clients across both Public Affairs and PR. Fluent English is essential, since much of the client work spans international as well as French-speaking audiences and requires close collaboration with the agency’s international network.

- Acting as the primary client contact, providing strategic counsel across communications and institutional issues
- Leading media relations, stakeholder communications and content development for your accounts
- Bringing a public affairs lens to client work, including regulatory monitoring, advocacy and institutional relations where relevant
- Playing an active role in new business, from pitches and proposals to identifying growth opportunities with existing clients
- Managing and developing junior team members working across your accounts
- Working closely with the agency’s international network to deliver campaigns across multiple markets
What You'll Bring
- Solid agency experience across PR, ideally with some exposure to public affairs or institutional relations
- Fluent English essential, with French also required for day to day client and team work
- Strong client management skills and the ability to act as a trusted, senior counsel
- Commercial mindset, with experience contributing to new business and growing accounts
- Excellent writing, media relations and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage and mentor junior team members
- Comfortable working across borders with an international network of colleagues
