ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

We are looking for an Account Director (French speaking) to join our Paris office.

This role involves driving business growth, managing client projects, and leading a talented team to deliver outstanding results.

Your Responsibilities

• Expand and nurture relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking and strategic outreach.
• Client and project management: Oversee client projects from briefing to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Create and manage project budgets, coordinating with the General Manager and administrative team.
• Supervise the creative process, including briefing, team organization, progress tracking, presentations, and final deliveries.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular feedback, debriefs, and reports.
• Generate monthly financial reports for ongoing projects.
• Monitor industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective client engagement and business growth.
• Ensure all managed projects are showcased on Angelini Design’s website, presentations, digital platforms, and social media.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Solid experience in the creative agencies sector with strategic planning and commercial capabilities.
• Experience in brand strategy environments.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and team leadership within creative agencies.
• Strong leadership qualities that inspire and motivate your team.
• Ability to drive clients, the team, and the agency towards productive outcomes.
• Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Genuine love for visual arts and sensitivity to the graphic design world.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English. Speaking Italian and being familiar with Italian culture would be a highly valued additional skill.
• You are based in Paris.
• At least 10 years’ professional experience in the role in question or a similar role.
