Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join Sanofi’s Commercial Accelerator. The role operates at the intersection of technology, commercial and healthcare, partnering with business stakeholders to revolutionize patient care and treatment access.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver software solutions that reduce the time between patients and their treatments, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
• Translate requirements into high‑quality, performant code and collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and engineers for timely delivery.
• Own technical decisions, contribute to the technical vision, and uphold high standards in engineering, testing, and documentation.
• Build and maintain modern, cloud‑native architectures and applications.
• Collaborate closely with teammates and cross‑functional partners, provide code reviews, mentor, and share knowledge.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering (or equivalent). A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, collaboration, and flexible team‑player skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Growth mindset with enthusiasm for AI and new technologies.
• Experience with one or more major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar).
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js), React or similar frameworks.
• Experience with service‑oriented, decoupled architectures, API design, and cloud security best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps principles.
