Who may apply
Current undergraduate/graduate students and fresh graduates.
Responsibilities:- Assist compliance professionals performing general compliance works in support of the Compliance department.
- Assist in maintaining the compliance audit issue inventory, ensuring timely updates and accurate status tracking of open audit findings.
- Work with stakeholders to follow up on action plans, helping to ensure audit issues are addressed within agreed timelines.
- Assist in preparing regular status reports, presentations, and documentation for internal review and management updates.
- Collaborate with Compliance and key functions such as Internal Audit, Product/Tech, and Operations to drive process improvements and gain hands-on experience resolving audit issues.
- Major in Law, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration, ideally with a proven track record in compliance and/or project management.
- Active interest in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Willingness to take a hands-on approach to challenges and demonstrate initiative.
