Context

Hospitals lose millions every year to poorly coded, poorly billed, poorly processed administrative tasks — and their teams burn out doing them.

Parallel was built to fix that. We deploy AI agents directly inside hospitals to automate these processes — in one week, where a traditional integration would take 12 to 24 months. The result: between €100K and €5M in recovered revenue per facility, and clinical teams that get their time back.

We already have ~40 clients, a $20M Series A led by Index Ventures, and a product that works in the field. Now we're looking for someone to accelerate — and go after the next 100 hospitals.

Your mission

You’ll join a small sales team and work directly with the CEO and the founding team to bring our AI product into hospitals and health systems across France.

You own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing and handoff to customer success. You're not just executing a playbook; you're helping build it.

Outcomes

  • Build and execute our sales strategy (outbound & inbound)
  • Own the full cycle: prospecting, demos, pilots, closing, and handoff to CS
  • Engage with key hospital stakeholders (DIM, DSI, DAF) to understand their needs and tailor solutions
  • Bring field insights back to the product and roadmap
  • Contribute to defining pricing, packaging, and positioning
  • Be a trusted long-term partner for our customers

You are :

This job is for you if:

  • You have 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in healthcare or AI
  • You're comfortable selling to complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
  • You can write, pitch, and demo — and translate technical features into business value
  • You're ready to spend a morning cold calling hospitals and jump on a train that afternoon to close a deal in person
  • You genuinely care about your customers and want to work on something that matters
  • (Bonus) You've sold to healthcare institutions (CHUs, ESPICs, private clinics…)
