Responsibilities

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as floor supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Representative associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving floor performance through customer experience and sales achievement.

Availability

Schedule varies weekly; expect at least 20‑25 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and peak times.

Qualifications

• Baccalauréat (Diplôme)
• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience (preferred)
• No supervisory experience required
• B2 CEFR French and English required
• Customer service experience
• Communication and interpersonal skills
