A400M Flight Line Production Delivery Lead

An opportunity for FLIGHT LINE A400M PRODUCTION DELIVERY MANAGER has arisen in Sevilla San Pablo.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• As member of the management team, manages, leads, develops and engages a production team to meet time, quality, cost and safety requirements, with respect to the country work legal context.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure effective communication within the team and key interfaces.
• Deliver products on time, on quality and on cost, in a safe and healthy environment with competent and engaged people, with respect to the country work legal environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.
• Experience: At least 5 years in aircraft manufacturing or engineering.
• Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics and on changing environment. Problem solving.
• Languages: Advanced level in English.
• Technical knowledge: Knowledge in A400M architecture and related IT tools for manufacturing process (SAP, SIPLA, TLB etc).
• Office: Office is a must.
• Nice to have: Experience in managing teams and risk management.
